Obverse: The effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II appears on the obverse. Inscribed “ELIZABETH II,” “NIUE,” “TWO DOLLARS” and “2020.” The portrait is the work of Ian Rank-Broadley, an acclaimed British sculptor whose additional coinage credits include designs for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and sixtieth wedding anniversary.

Reverse: Harry Potter is depicted on the reverse, aiming his sparking wand forward. Hedwig, Harry’s snowy owl pet, is featured in the background, landing on a tree branch. Inscribed “1 OZ 999 FINE SILVER HARRY POTTER.”
